I take your fitness goals seriously. I understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, and my goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. Taking into account your personal circumstances, I will create your individualised fitness plan.
By analysing your body and creating a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. Most plans include healthy eating and exercise, to ensure the best results for my clients. I will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.
I understand that adapting new fitness habits is challenging and sometimes fails. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
Bespoke training programme
Prior to commencing a Personal Training Programme all persons are required to undertake a Private Consultation. This covers your relevant medical history, diet, lifestyle, fitness objectives including a physical assessment of your fitness, blood pressure, posture and mobility.
This procedure costs £20 which is refunded when a client takes out their first Personal Training package.
Individual 1hr session @ £35
5 Sessions @ £160
10 Sessions @ 300
20 Sessions @ £550

For those who may wish to train with a friend or partner and share the cost, while benefiting from working with a Personal Trainer

I hold a 3rd Dan Black Belt in Ju Jitsu. I can offer bespoke training in effective self defence, together with an input on the lawful use of force.

Q- "What do I wear?"
Wear comfortable clothes and appropriate footwear. You don't have to wear "gym fashion" but your clothing should allow a free range of movement as you exercise.
Q - "Do I need to bring anything?"
Please bring a bottle of water (dont worry if you forget as I can provide) and you may want to bring a small towel to wipe your face too.
Q - "I'm not very fit, I cannot even do a press up, can I still workout?"
Yes is the answer. We will complete your consultation prior to exercise and take your blood pressure to ensure that exercising won't cause you any harm. We will work within your abilities and you will be surprised at how quickly you improve.
Q - "i'm going on holiday and I'd like to look good . Can I lose weight and tone up?"
A good healthy diet will result in a reduction in your body's fat content. Exercise will assist with burning calories and tone up your muscles, leading to a firmer and leaner you.
